I found Hepworth Storage presented extremely well, the unit was very clean, as well around the whole site, everything about my experience from dealing with the purchasing boxes, to securing a unit on the site, to setting up my account was smooth. Hepworth in Moss Vale is very new, it is in excellent order, especially since the site is well managed by Steve. Steve has been great to deal with, he is supportive, understanding, kind, attentive and responsive. I would definitely consider storing things with the company again. This is my first experience of using self storage, it would be hard to find a better place to store your personal belongings. Thank you, Steve, for all your support over the last year.

Good afternoon,

My wife Angela and I wanted to pass on our thanks and gratitude to Steve and crew at Hepworth Self Storage Moss Vale.

We are currently nearing completion of our home in Moss Vale, a journey of about 2 years which has been at times both challenging and tiring but to know our stored items were safe and secure meant we could relax with confidence. Steve has always ensured easy secure access and a clean, pest free facility. The grounds are always tidy and the access to the unit always clear.

We will always recommend Hepworth Self Storage for storage during projects as big as building a new home or anyone just needing easy trouble free storage, short or long term.

What an absolute stroke of good luck to pick a name from a google search and come across Steven O’Brien and his team at Hepworth’s Self Storage in Moss Vale.

Relocating from Sydney we needed to store all our earthly belongings until we could settle on our new home in Moss Vale. After a few very disappointing (and rather unhelpful inquiry calls) I was immediately heartened after a few minutes’ conversation with Steven.

Both Friendly and professional, Steve guided me through various options until we came up with a great solution at a very competitive price. Steve provided all the relevant information regarding the size of the unit along with a good idea of how much we might expect to fit in. His knowledge of the storage business was self-evident.

On the morning of our moving date, Steve gave us a courtesy call to advise that everything was ready for our arrival. However, as often happens in life and house moves, not everything went according to plan. We had too much stuff and one unit was not going to be sufficient. Steve, steady and sure, came up with a solution that saved the day and we were able to secure the unit next to our original rental. This meant when our truck arrived it was a very easy distribution between the two units.

We cannot recommend Steven and the team at Hepworth’s Self Storage Moss Vale and are delighted to be able to provide this testimonial.

I would recommend Hepworth Self Storage to anyone. I am based in the ACT as director of the Canberra Water Polo Academy and after looking at other self storage options in Canberra, I soon realised that Hepworth Self Storage was half the cost of Canberra based companies.

I had to store personal and business equipment, some of which was sensitive in nature. This required a certain level of security and after visiting Hepworth Self Storage I was happy that the equipment would be safe and secure at that location. We had 7 day access to the storage unit with no issues.

The employees were helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate in recommending them to any of my friends or family.

My company AGrade Solar Solutions Australia is based in Melbourne and sells and installs solar power. I have a lot of work in country NSW and as I was working in Yass, just outside Canberra, for a couple of years , I hired an onsite unit at Hepworth Self Storage for all my equipment.

The first thing I noticed was how clean the site and the units I looked at were. The signing on process was easy, the customer service was first rate and the units were easy to get in and out of.

At times I needed access outside of normal times with truck deliveries etc. Asking for this was never a problem.

My time with Hepworth’s has finished due to my work in Yass finishing. If ever I need a storage unit, Hepworth’s would be the first people I would call. I would have no issues hiring from them again.
